This one's for everyone:
If you had to choose only ONE... do you think it's more important to
a) eat very very healthily (ie vegan/vegetarian, macrobiotic, as little processing as possible, lots of raw veggies and the like.....) BUT get practically no excercise save from walking around places?
b) excercise a lot (run, jog, weight training, cardio and all that) BUT eat HORRIBLY... like I'm talking big macs, fast food, tons of saturated fats and the like, heavy cream and sundaes all the time, and basically eat every meal at McDonalds or Burger King?
Seriously, which one do you think is healthier? Which would you prefer? Which would give you the hottest bod? Which would enable you to live the longest? You're only allowed to choose one. Not a combination.
